First up.. Titanic Voyage Dinner at House on the River, April 13th
Step aboard a journey through time and indulge in luxury at our inaugural Supper Club dinner, held on April 13th at the historic House on the River in Fort Lauderdale. Set within this iconic venue, we crafted an unforgettable dining experience inspired by the grandeur of the Titanic's maiden voyage.
As guests arrived, they were greeted by the grandeur of the House on the River, with its elegant architecture and picturesque views of the water. The ambiance transported them to a bygone era, complemented by live classical music that echoed the sophistication of the early 20th century.
At the heart of the evening was our Titanic Menu, an 11-course culinary masterpiece tailored for first-class passengers. Each dish was crafted to evoke the flavors and extravagance of the Titanic's legendary dining halls. From fresh oysters in vodka to filet mignon with foie gras, every course showcased Haute French cuisine with the finest ingredients.
To elevate the experience, we carefully curated a selection of wines to complement each course, enhancing the indulgence of the meal. Amidst laughter and camaraderie, guests savored every bite, creating cherished memories together.

Pink Moon Dinner at Hotel Atlantic: Dinner under the Stars
In the midst of April's enchantment, under the mesmerizing glow of the Pink Moon, we threw another epic bash in our Full Moon Dinner Series at the Hotel Atlantic! Imagine this: perched just a stone's throw away from the sandy shores of Fort Lauderdale Beach, our crew gathered on the fifth-floor terrace for a night of celestial feasting, with a fire dancer adding to the spectacle.
The backdrop? The soothing symphony of waves crashing against the shore, with torches casting flickering light, setting the scene for pure magic and wonder. Drawing inspiration from the mystical vibes of the Pink Moon and the bursting flavors of the season, our menu was a feast for the senses, bursting with local goodness and springtime vibes.
Throughout the night, I had a blast chilling with our guests, spilling the beans on the stories behind each dish and the cool culinary tricks that brought them to life.
Here's a taste of what went down:
Amuse Bouche: Picture this—a delicate strawberry stuffed with creamy goat cheese and crème fraîche, topped with shaved macadamia nuts and chives. Talk about setting the stage for an epic food journey!
Appetizer Course: Kicking things off with short rib tortellini chilling on a velvety parsnip purée, drizzled with a vibrant beet gastrique and topped with pickled ramps. Hello, flavor town!
Main Course: We kept the party going with a miso-glazed local mahi-mahi, paired with a dreamy spring pea risotto infused with leeks, crunchy tempura asparagus, and finished with a savory mushroom soy demi-glace. Mmm, talk about a taste explosion!
Dessert: And for the grand finale? We spoiled our guests with a coconut panna cotta paired with sake-infused sakura cherries, a scoop of velvety mango ice cream, and topped with a delicate matcha tuile cookie. It was sweet dreams all around!
As the fire dancer's show wrapped up and the Pink Moon waved its final goodbye, we bid adieu to yet another unforgettable night at the Hotel Atlantic.
