Family Cooking Day: A Springtime Kids Cooking Class

Spend a fun and delicious day in the kitchen at our Spring Family Cooking Day! Designed for young chefs (ages 8-14) and their favorite adult, this hands-on cooking class is the perfect opportunity to bond while learning valuable kitchen skills. Together, you’ll prepare a fresh and flavorful Cooking in Spring menu, featuring tasty pinwheels, cheesy quesadillas, and a light, fruity dessert. Tequila & Mezcal: A Hands-On Tasting & Cooking Experience

Join us for an immersive tequila and mezcal tasting and cooking class! We’ll begin by exploring four distinct bottles—two tequilas and two mezcals—discussing different agave plants, production styles, and flavor profiles. You'll taste each spirit alongside traditional accompaniments before jumping into a hands-on cooking experience. Learn to make homemade tamales, fresh tortillas, and slow-braised pork carnitas, all infused with the bold flavors of tequila and mezcal. We’ll finish the night with a rich and boozy Tequila Tres Leches Cake.
