We love this easy and classic Guacamole recipe, there is nothing better than a homemade fresh guacamole to serve as a snack or with your favorite Mexican dish. We love serving this simple guacamole as a starter on Taco Tuesday nights.

Guacamole

We love this easy and classic Guacamole recipe, there is nothing better than a homemade fresh guacamole to serve as a snack or with your favorite Mexican dish. We love serving this simple guacamole as a starter on Taco Tuesday nights.

Ingredients

• 3 Haas Avocados, halved with no pit or skin
• 1/2 cup Red Onion, diced small
• 1/4 bunch of Cilantro, chopped roughly
• 1 Jalapeno, diced finely
• 1/2 cup Tomato, diced small
• Juice of one Lime
• Salt & Pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. In a mortar, place the avocados with the lime juice, salt and pepper, and smash with pestle until a thick and creamy consistency.
2. Add remaining ingredients, taste and season.
3. Serve in the mortar or transfer to serving dish.

Notes

Pro Tip: Store extra Guacamole with avocado pits to keep the color fresh and vibrant.
